No, you don't need any prior gym experience. Sean builds every programme from your current starting point — whether that's your very first session or you're returning after years away. The first thing he teaches is confidence in the gym, then everything else follows.

What makes Sean different from other PTs in Aberdeen?

Where are sessions held?

All sessions take place at PureGym Aberdeen on Shiprow (AB11 5BW). The gym has everything needed for serious strength, physique and conditioning work — free weights, machines, cardio equipment, and dedicated coaching space. Easy access from Ferryhill, Torry, Old Aberdeen and the city centre.

How long until I see results?
